since i see alot of pics of your kids, im not sure you want to manual focus. and no i dont think you need a cpl for portraits.

Well, I did it! I ordered the 50mm1.8 and a CPL for my other pics.... I'm so excited! I used two day shipping, so hopefully their processing time isn't too long and I'll have it by the end of the week when I go to my mom's for a bbq!

I also just ordered the nifty fifty & should get it sometime mid this week...I'm so excited! Now if only I could figure out a way to get my 7month old to be still so I can practice on him
