    at first i wasn't sure whether to put this under bloopers - but i really like it...

    anyone else occasionally have as strange taste as me?

    I agree. I think it needed a little sharper focus on the stalks but the idea is terrific!

    it looks like you have huge flowers...
    Now, if they were just a little more in focus it would be perfect!

    a deeper DOF was what i thought it needed at first but i'm comming to like the abstract look and the cheeky wee flower in focus in the top corner.

    Aperture: F2.8
    ISO speed: 200
    Focal length: 28.0 mm
    Flash: D50 built-in with -3(+-)

    It was taken late in the day so i had to use 2.8 to stop the flowers shaking too much in the breeze.

    Ok, so it's not what i was trying for when i took it - and i could have adjusted the iso... but we're all human. and it may well be a look i try for in the future!
