Zoom out a little since the hat covers the face you don't need to tight zoom to emphasize the emotion, the hat will stand out. Also diffuse the light.

Also, think about your composition in the frame - either zoom in closer and have it incredibly tight, or zoom out a lot more. Maybe a bit of good old rule of thirds could emphazise this pic a bit more.

Great textures though. It's incredibly detailed.

I'd also get rid of the selective coloring. Why did you choose to highlight the emblem on the hat?
