Looking for a Camera

I would perfer to have a compact or ultra compact

Something that can slip into my pocket (Cargo Pants)

Lense Cover is a Must!!

Perferably 7+ mp but would settle for 6+ mp

Less than $400 USD

Capable to set the shutter speed from at least 1/1000 or less if possible to 5+ seconds

Takes nice crisp pictures with a minimum amount of noise

Memory Card type isn't neccessary (no preferance)

Variety of features would also be nice

640*480 Movies with 30fps would be nice though not necessary

^^ Nice camera. I bought one of those to upgrade from my Sony P72. Right after I got it, I decided I would rather have a dSLR and returned the P200 to buy my Rebel XT. I was sad to take it back but I didn't need it and I am happy now with my Rebel.

I got my P200 at Radioshack, the tag price was $329 but they looked to see if there was a rebate on it and it rang up at $229 with a $30 rebate.

Yeah my dad has one of those and it doesn't seem to have shutter speed settings which is something i would like

As in you can go into a mode where you can play with all of the settings such as shutter speed iso and other things

A menu where you can choose any of the possible shutter speeds
