I'm considering getting a medium format camera and I can't decide between Mamiya RB67 Pro S or Pentax 645. I want to know everyone's opinion on which one to get

Better for what exactly?, two very different size negatives from each.

Both are fine just buy for your budget. Neither is really better than the other and both have nice lenses.

You need to think about the weight and size, there's a significant difference between a 645 SLR and the RB67. also whether you need the slightly larger negative size.

I've been using Mamiya 645 cameras for over 45 years, I did think of moving to an RB67, but in the end switched to a 5x4 Wista DX because I found I needed movements. I'd already been shooting LF but wuth a heavy monorail camera.
