Manfrotto Tripod - Change Leg Locks?

I have the Manfrotto 190PROB legs (I think that's the right model anyway) and they have the twist to tighten leg locks. Do you know if these can be replaced with the lever style?

Kind of a pita when it's cold out and seems to take a bit longer too.

I imagine if this were possible it would cost as much as a new tripod anyway since there's usually a huge markup on parts used for repair.

Interesting, I have never seen a Manfrotto 190 of any kind with anything but lever locks.
