A friend of mine has approached me asking me what my packages are for him to submit to Modeling Agencies. Is there a certain standard that they look for? Can anyone give me an advice???

Yes, there is a standard package.

9x12 prints is the standard size.
    Two good head-shots.
    Any other agency-appropriate shots.

You could also offer a comp card, which can vary in size and is a smallish card with a headshot and a few other photos on it, plus contact info, and sometimes height/weight/measurements.

There are also very specific rules for modeling agency head shots, if you have not done them before, be sure to do some research, there is a reason some people charge $500 for two headshots.
