Emerana, do you mean camera shake? You shouldn't have a problem as long as you use a shutter speed above 1/60. Just try to stay as steady as possible, that works fine for me.

simplest way to put this- the tripod removes one axis of motion. so instead of moving up , down, left, right, forward and backward, you take away the up and down. So just put the camera on there and shoot as you normally would, but with less movement
