Here were my best 3 (all were using ambient lighting):

1. 50mm, 20mm extension tubes, ISO 1600, 1/100, F8

2. 12mm, ISO 800, 1/25, F4

3. 50mm, 20mm extention tubes, ISO1600, 1/100, F4

I'm still learning photoshop, so these have a little adjustment in PS Elements, mainly upping the contrast and adjusting the brightness levels. The last one was pretty low light, so I'm seeing some grain, I know there is a way to reduce noise, but I haven't really learned that yet.

Thanks! I'm practicing my macro photography, the shallow depth of field, low light and moving subjects is tricky. This little guy had just grabbed a cricket! The green leafy background worked out nicely though.
