I don't know what he was looking at, but this face was just too cute!

These are sweet. He looks so tiny! I think the last one would look good with a softened effect to it and maybe a slight vignette.

The poses are classic baby stuff, but they look REALLY soft on my monitor (and not in a soft-effect kind of way). It looks like you misfocused (on the blanket) or are having lens problems. It looks like you're shooting up slightly, which may have caused it to focus too low - try putting the camera about an inch above his face level and then angling it down very slightly - 3 or 4 degrees. For these, you may want to try evening out the skin a bit, and then sharpening the face.

He also looks a bit yellow to me; babies of that age often are a bit jaundiced, but you may want to de-yellow him a tad. Even if he naturally looks yellow right now, its no different than getting rid of baby acne or what have you. I bet Mom will love them!

I love the blanket photo, good concepts in my opinion but try to do a bit more with mom or other poses. Get as creative as you can!!
