Need help editing a photo please

Its well underexposed too, I suggest taking the dogs out of the pound and shooting again, overexpose by at least 2 stops for the snow, possibly more on very bright days, get something decent to work with in the first place. H
 
Nice capture, but take it as it is, there isnt much to be done with that.
 
BTW, that pic is too dark, so you'll want to bring it up a bit.

The thing you want to play with is the clone tool. You'll basically have to run through and bring snow from just to the side of the fence and cover the fence with it.

It will be quite a bit of work to do it right. In the end, it's probably best to try to get the dogs to line up like that without the fence. It will take less time and yield you a better result.

wow that is crazy.. i had no idea you can actually remove a whole fence from in front of a subject.. crazy photoshop skillz!

that's really neat. The way you cropped the building out and surrounding noise made it look really awesome
