New to Photography, OPEN to suggestions

Nature photography is my favorite. I love flowers, but since photographing them seems to be so popular I know I have to do something to make my pictures stick out from anyone elses. What do you think?

Did you desaturate it? It's a little small for me to tell completely but it looks like you made it a low saturation photo, not completely BW but not much color either?

Thats what it looks like on my screen too, but I am NOT on a color calibrated monitor. I agree that its a little small, but looks nice from what I can see.

yeah its small because I put it on Photobucket. I'd call it more of a sepia tone I guess. I really don't know the words for the colors of photos I just play around with my photoshop until I get the picture where I like it.
