Hello all, glad I found this forum. Thanks to those regular members who consistently share their knowledge and experience with us beginners!

Anyways, I recently took a photography class for my work and it got me interested in photography for more than I had been in the past. I had a point and shoot and took many photos but never really understood the real meat and potatoes of photography. After my class at work and using a DSLR for the first time, I became very interested in it to say the least. Just recently made a purchase of a Nikon D5100 and a couple lenses to go along with it... So let the journey begin!
