Nikon image quality & new D70???

in terms of image quality, how does the D2H compare to the D70? for print in a magazine, paper or on a poster print (around A3 max size) which one is better? i am aware the D70 has a higher pixel rating.

does anyone know news of a replacement to the D70? i was close to buying it recently but saw canon have released 2 or 3 new cameras and was wondering if nikon would do the same at the pma but haven't.
