Thank you all for the kind comments. I also like the pepto shot but it bothers me that there is such a harsh shadow behind her. I should have bounced the light but I was more concerned about capturing the moment.

It's a Braun 340 SCA VarioZoom that is dedicated for my Canon. It swivels, tilts and zooms. I'm not proficient at setting it in the manual mode but it can be set for F4 or F8, so as long as I shoot at either of those...it's OK.

One thing I like about it...there is a clear plastic piece, with small reflective spots, that folds out over the front so that when you tilt it to 60 degrees...most of the light is bounced off the ceiling but some is directed directly at the subject.
