Based on PP only, #2 > #1, it just pops more.

I'd back off the saturation on the yellows just a tad, and maybe a wee bit less contrast too.

I agree with FattyMcJ. The PP makes #2 look much better due to the colors being more vibrant.

I like the sky in the first picture. In the second picture, I like the building and the bench, etc. If the sky was bluer in the second photo, it would have been better. IMO.
