Ouch! Dig that knife a little deeper...

I had the camera on a tripod with two of those light/magnifying glasses you use for electronics facing me. One at eye level to give that glint of light in my eye and the other at a 45 degree angle above me to act as fill light. The room behind me wasn't lit and I used photoshop to burn what little was visible out.

I used the remote shutter release I made last night (it worked, yay!) so I wouldn't have to raise my arms.

I found this site that shows the pinouts. I wanted my remote for star streak shots, so I made a switch that shorted out the "Common" and "Shutter" wires so it holds the shutter open until I flip the switch back.
