That is a great shot.
Can't help it if the sky is flat.

Is there any room left at the bottom of the frame to allow the Osprey more room to "leave" the frame. As to the crappy sky..simple edit is to isolate the sky from the bird and give it a cooling blue color filter later at 100% then flatten. it's not great but it does help to add a bit more natural depth to the scene.
