problems with nikon d40...

yeah i called nikon earlier today,but they wanted to see the pictures that i was talking about.i guess they didnt believe me.....

well any way they directed me to their website to show them the pictures but i havent got nothing in return..
good to hear thaT THEY replaced yours...what did you have a d40?

hm...I wonder if they wanted to see the pictures for the same reasons people here asked to see the pictures: so they could get an idea for what might be wrong with the camera, to see if they could troubleshoot you through it. For all they know, it could be a setting problem that could be easily fixed.

Give them a chance to get back to you. From everything I've read, Nikon usually has great customer service.


I hope whatever happens that you either get help and get the problem fixed, or SOMEONE replaces your camera for you.:mrgreen:
 
actually chewbecca you hit it right on the money...

but they are thinking that i took the pictures with the lens cap on..
i replied to them sayin that if i had the lense cap on that i wouldnt have been able to see through the viewfinder...

but they were saying that the settings might be set wrong ...
