This is a nice image, but there is too much black in the foreground, it's almost a solid lump of black. The first thing I noticed however was the amount of colour in the sky, I'm not sure how this B&W was made but there is a lot of blue in it.

Thank you so much for C&C. You are right on spot. I would need a tighter crop to remove some black (although IMHO I still need some to balance the image as it is supposed to be a dark silhouette against a sky). The image is not exactly BW, it is toned, typically tehy go in the same category as BW. I do agree, sky looks kinda usual. I used gradient map for BW conversion and it played a trick on me.
