Well given what you've posted thus far if the video is a big thing for you then the 70d might actually be the better option. The 7200 does have an edge in certain shooting situations taking still photos, but honestly it's not like you'll probably notice a huge difference between the two in the vast majority of the shooting situations you've mentioned.

What will make the biggest difference is the knowledge and skill of the photographer, not the camera.
