Resizing photos w/ Adobe

I have the Nikon D90, which is not a full frame camera. When I go to print, I have to print 8x12 unless I specify where I want to cut when dropping the memory card at the print shop.

I use both Lightroom and CS4. Is there a way to resize these photos and cut what I want off before dropping it off at the print shop? I'm getting tired of paying the extra little money for the 8x12 instead of the 8x10.

If it's possible, let me know which program and how to do this.

Go to Image > Adjustments > Image Size in CS4 and adjust to your heart's content.

Sorry for asking such a silly question, guess my brain wasn't functioning at the moment. In lightroom, in the develop mode, there's the crop option where Custom sizes can be applied. Sorry, but thanks for helping out.

I am not sure this would fit this particular challenge, but in CS4 I wonder if content aware scale would be of any use. I use it quite often if I might need to nudge something that just won't fit on 8 X 10.
