To my mind, it would have helped the photo to have your ENTIRE two subjects inside your frame, with nothing as important as the "rocking vats" (don't know if that word exists?)being cut off. So I'd say this one's too tightly framed.

agreed! maybe back a bit and a picture striaght on of the house with the rocking chairs there.

I agree, however to the left there was an ugly looking bush and a bunch of houses, and to the right would've exposed me in the window.
