Well currently I only have one light and that's the build-in flash...but I'm getting my lighting equipments soon...I hope. Anyway I was practicing doing portraits and post processing in Photoshop, and the subject unfortunately had to be myself since I got no models.

I'm not so fond about posting pictures of myself online, so I wore a pair of sunglasses. Oh, I am well aware of the harsh shadows, but I think they fit the portraits.

Before I got any form of lighting equipment I used what ever lighting I could get my hands on.
Mainly desk lamps and the likes.
They are great starting points for learing about how shadows fall across the face at different angles.
Built in flashes are way to harsh.

Well, they're harsh as can be now, aren't they? Don't want to make a new thread, so I'll just put this one here.
