Smoke Photography Question.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to do smoke photography without an off-camera flash? All the tutorials and things I have read have an off camera flash to the side, so until I get one does anyone know a different method I could try?

Crushy, kind of funny I was just watching tutorials on this about an hour ago. Same as you though all used off camera flash, sorry I couldn't help.

Expose for the scene you have in front of you. Flash can enhance or totally remove the emotion you are trying to convey. What are you trying to convey?
