I gave it a run. I think it looks a bit overprocessed. I tried

wow that is really different! how did you get that effect?

Just messed around with different filter effects in PhotoImpact. Once I had the coloring I liked I lightly blurred the facial skin to hide her pores.

That is really awesome man. If you would like to could you try doing it to this image and give me a little walk through? I really like that effect and would like a little more information on how you did it and I would like to see how it looks on the original image.
