Sorry, you know I had to sneak more aviation images in soon. These were taken at a Seaplane fly-in that I attend every year. For those in Southern Ontario that visit Casino Rama the seaplane base is just north of the Casino and is always worth a visit. No fences and you can hang out by the water waiting for aircraft to land and take-off.

Happy Landings,

Again Airic, very nice photos. I love the ones with the reflections. Also, the cute blonde in #3 really makes that picture pop. 8 )

Again, magnificient photos. All your photos are always so crisp and the colors are beautiful.

I agree, i'm relatively new here, but I always look forward to your threads... nice shots. I got to fly in one of those "puddle jumpers" as they called it, out of Vancouver a few years back. It was my first time on a small plane, definitely an experience, especially on some of those banks...

I think #5 has to be my favorite. The colors and chrome really grab me. Sharp, well composed...an arresting capture.

It just so happens that I work about ¼-mile from the largest and busiest floatplane base in the world (Lake Hood in Anchorage, Alaska) and I've been itching to spend some time there with camera in hand. Unfortunately, the weather hasn't been cooperating with my schedule. When it does, I hope I do as well as Airic.

Really nice AIRIC. Don't be sorry...

I love your aviation pics. Its not something I personally get to see very often in real life. Everyone has something to offer with photography... a "window" if you will into the unknown... and to some its the only way to see this subject...afterall, we're stuck on the ground:)
Does that make sense?
Anyways...great work!
shauna

some foundation should construct a museum just for all your work. think of the traffic it would generate!
