I assume (hope?) that’s a blown-out sky and not a photoshop trick. Either way, such a statue looks a bit incongruous in a sea of nothingness. But, for some reason I rather like it.

There was high fog here today and the sky was grey and featureless. I thought it would allow me the chance to take a couple of photos of local statues and to present them in isolation: without any distractions, so to speak.
