I've been trying some different things on this image, I like the way this came out, though I'm not sure I like the detail that was lost in the face. what do you think? and I'm not sure about the shot itself because of the finger tips.(or lack there of)

also, if you're good at b&w conversions plz let me know and ill put up the original to have a go at.

i like the shot and i understand what you mean with the finger tips.
but the lights in the back distracts me, even though i know there isnt much you could do, i think it was a well shot even so.
