Incredible stories and photographs.
 
Incredible, and disturbingly powerful images. The image from Soweto however is particularly unsettling.
 
That Congo guy is only mentioned as holding a human hand. Thats easy enough to identify, but its what he is holding in his other hand that gives me the creeps.

Amazing--to bad the modern puppet media is too corrupt to publish the truth that these photographers risk their lives to capture.A lot of these photographers express regret that they were "just taking photos," but to me it shows even more bravery to be armed with only a camera. In such a life and death situation. Nobody fully recovers from situations like this, I am forever thankful for their sacrifice.
 
Hondros and Hetherington were essentially freelancing when they were killed. Basically "spec" work.
