I went to the park this morning to take some pics. It was cloudy and sprinkling a little but I didn't let that stop me. I wanted to test out manual mode on my camera so I found a little water fall and I used a 3 second shutter speed. I also found an old building and a flower. I had to leave early because of the wheather. I was wondering if I could get some C&C on the pics I took. Thanks!

    #1 The mini waterfall
Shots of moving water are my favorite. Wish I could find more where I live. That photo looks a lot like my first mini falls shots. I would suggest carrying around a .6 or .9 neutral density filter to enable longer shutter drags. The leaves are a little distracting. I know this is often hard to notice while lining up your shot when you're excited and focussing on the water. Try re-pp and apply some medium vignetting.

    #2 The Outhouse
I can't quite figure out what's bothering me on this shot. I think it was a little oversharpened in PP. I think you should have closed the door before this shot because I can see some used toilet paper on the ground.

    #3 The flower
The flower is hiding a little. The straight on shot is a little boring too. I would like to angle that shot up a little to get some of the old wooden board wall perspective along the shot.

    Just my 2 bit suggestions.

yeah I wish the leaves weren't there in the waterfall pic. It was down a steep bank and that was the best shot I could see without trying to climb down the bank! Here is the original pic for number 2 without any pp. does it have any potential? thanks

I think you cropped #2 to the wrong side. I think it would look better if the open door was facing out to the larger area to the left.

yeah the outhopuse off to the left i think would look better, i dont know why but i take a lot of pictures with the object on the left side,

#1 is a great shot, but the blurry leaves in the foreground are disctracting

#3 is a nice shot but some darkening and lightening of the colors could help the contrast and make it stand out more
