Used Nikon d3100

Hi all! I found a used Nikon d3100 for $200. Seems like a great deal to.me, and I know there are many things to check and inspect when buying a used camera. Just wondering if there are any issues with this model in general? Thanks!

Does this price include a lens?

Yeah. It includes the body and kit lens.

I had one for a while was a great little camera and no problems at all with it except one annoyance, the grip would feel real sticky holding it especially in the summer, but that could be body chemistry with the rubber. I have not had this issue with any other nikon model. I have herd from another D3100 user that experienced the same thing. It may not be a big deal but to me it felt really crappy after a couple of hours of use, it felt like I was holding a big gummy bear and couldn't wait to wash my hands.
