Here are a few pics from a recent visit to Lisbon Zoo.

    Enjoy! C&C welcome as usual!

Havent been able to remove the fence from the tiger but still thought i would put it up just for the sheer beauty of the creature!

Very pretty shots. Only thing I can say is to maybe burn out the fence in th first shot. You did a good job making it mostly invisible, but I can still see some remnants. It might also use a closer crop, to get rid of his friends butt :) Otherwise, nice detail and exposure on the white :)

    You were in a zoo.
    Tigers don't roam zoos freely.
Hence I don't mind the blurred out fence. It just goes with your seeing that tiger there and not out in the wild (you wouldn't have taken a close-up of the kind in the wild, I think... ).

So, yes, I like all three of these, also the beautiful tiger and the bits of blurred out fence in front of him, and I like how close you got (zoomed yourself) to the animals.

Now only Anty has to detect this thread - it has PENGUINS, after all!!! :D

    Did someone say 'penguins'??!!

Nice portraits of my penguin buddies you got there! (You can't help but smile when looking at the rockhoppers, with their mohawk hairdos!)
