Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Sorry if this is in the wrong section, if so, please feel free to move it.

Anyway, I took 100 photos the other day with my D5300 and 10-24 lens.

I have the camera set to raw + jpeg.

In lightroom I have it set to display raw and jpeg as a separate file, so they are next to each other.

Out of the 100 photos I took 6 have this weird shape towards the middle of the image ONLY on the raw image, not on the Jpeg.

It was on photos 4 through 10 out of 100 if that matters.

Do you have any idea what the problem is? I guess I will have to edit the Jpegs for those shots, since the RAW files are ruined correct?

Why did the problem just go away? Anything I can do to make sure it doesn't happen again?

Thank You for answering any or all my questions or just commenting.

Is the spot in the exact same spot, and the exact same shape, in all the images that show it?

I wonder if the demosaic portion of your software is corrupt.... or not up-to-date.

I have lightroom cc, so I always have the latest updates.

Or Capture NX-D?

I love lightroom. Anyone else have an idea?

At least see what other raw converters do with it. If they don't have an issue, then I'd start looking to uninstall and reinstall LR.

By the way, I guess I cant take a photo of flags blowing in the wind, looks distracting huh?
