I agree... White balance is off.

How do I correct white balance?
Your camera settings. Depending on your camera, you should have several preset settings that you can use... usually one for bright sunligh, one for shade, one for flourescent lighting, one for incandescent light, and one for flash.
Many camers will also have "custom" settings where you can fine tune the white balance. Some even alow you to take a picture of a pure white or 18% gray card so that the camera knows what white should look like and it will automatically adjust for it.

I hope you dont mind... I used The Gimp to fix the white balance... I'm no expert... But this only took a few seconds.
