What happend

Yea, the large 'features' look like film interference due to NOOB film winding technique! :D

Smaller zones are usually due to poor wetting. FWIW, I've always been a fan of pre-soaking my film before adding developer. A minute of continuous agitation with water and a drop of photoflow will pretty much eliminate the possibility of incomplete developer wetting. It also means you don't have to shake the developer like mad, which can cause streaking with fast acting chemistry.

the negative strip is absoultely the result of the film touching.

I'm with ann. Misloaded. Second roll good, then no problems. Just make sure to take that extra time to get it on right. Mess up, GO BACK. Don't settle for hope it's OK. Check every half turn for slack (should slide freely a quarter inch or so). That will assure a proper load on the reel. And Beautiful flower photograph there. WELL DONE!
