What is the best choice?

I have been looking at a few cameras but I have no idea what I should get for sure. Really the only thing i know is that I want a good, fairly small camera that doesnt cost more than $350 or so. More specifically one that I can just pull out of my pocket and use as a point and shoot camera, or get a little more creative. these are the three I was thinking of. They all get good reviews and seem to have ups and downs. If you guys have any other recommendations I'm open to anything.

It's really up to you. Go to a store and check them out, and hold them. They are all pretty similar. The A620 has a longer zoom lens, and the fastest shutter speed of all three (1/2500) I love Canon image quality, so that would be my reasoning.
