    Sorry folks - I could not resist making use of their favourite twig - a favourite of all the finches and tits as they wait their turn on the sunflower seeds.

    Great color and detail, very crisp. Is it just me or does the bird in 3 look pissed!?

    Giving me the eye certainly - spoiling its concentration on the feeder by shutter and flash I expect.

    Thanks everyone for you kind comments on my bit of fun . . I am spoilt as usually I have the finches, great and blue tits as well as the blackbirds, dunnocks, robins, starlings and of course doves around the feeders most of the day. Had my first House sparrow for weeks appear this morning - seems only a little while ago we had flocks - now getting rare. I put it down to PVC soffat boards.
