Sure, give it a try. I haven't played with it much. I really like it the way it is, but then again, I'm not being objective. From my point of view it's like a very strange math problem or a puzzle.

This is what I came up with. I tried to keep the core value of the image intact while bringing out some of the richness in the colors available in the orginial.

I am not sure the crop is perfectly symetrical due to the fact I couldn't find away to effectively measure what I am doing with the crop selection tool in PSP.
