Worth it to upgrade from Photoshop Elements 8 to Elements 12 for $65??

Or, I've also heard that 13 will be coming out soon, but that would be full price. Perhaps worth it to wait for that? Enough new features in 12 to justify spending the money? Any suggestions for me??

The $9.99 a month subscription for the full Photoshop and Lightroom would be a better move in my opinion.

You can also pay for Adobe's Photography Program (Photoshop CC 2014 & LR 5) for an entire year $9.99 x 12 = $119.88

Elements only has about 40% of the tools, features, and functions Photoshop CC 2014 has.
