I'm getting a used nikon D750. It has a shutter count of 25,000 and it's being sold for $1400. Is this is a good deal? Or should I spend the extra $500 on a new one?

Which would work best for portraits and wedding photography on the Nikon D750? I'm torn.

I'm about to buy these two items for $1,996.95. I'm hoping to use this camera for portraits, pet photography and outdoor weddings and I'm wondering if I should buy the body only for $1500 or if this lens would work well for what I'm using it for. Thanks in advance!

Can't figure out what this is. It appears in all telephoto pictures (greater than about 100mm) but not when using my telephoto lenses with other cameras, so it has to be the body causing it. Don't see it in wide angle of mid-range shots. This is the far right 1/3 of the image, so the weird...
