I'm getting a used nikon D750. It has a shutter count of 25,000 and it's being sold for $1400. Is this is a good deal? Or should I spend the extra $500 on a new one?

I just realized I didn't include the model on my post! It's a Nikon D750

28K actuations is barely broken in, BUT... does the rest of the body match the low shutter-release count? If it does, then I would probably save $500, but if there are signs of abuse then walk away.
