C&C per req:

Lots of potential here, but a very difficult exposure situation given the dynamic range of the scene. There are a couple of options, one (the best IMO) would be to reshoot at a different time of day when the illumination was more even, OR, shoot multiple images at different exposures and combine to form an HDR.

As far as the reflections go, it's a little hard to comment since the image is so dark in the midground and it looks like there's been a lot of enhancement on the water.
