I"m not to fond of smoking addiction.. If you shot at a side angle they would look better then full on front.

The first one is good, but it doesn't catch my eye like the second one. Great DOF and awesome subject. Love the details on the mans face and the smoke is a great touch!

i don't like the #1, a portrait version with the left half could be better.
but the #2...is great! very good "B/W" balance, good DOF and great expressivity!

I am not fan of smoking but I like the second picture. It looks great. What were they for? just because?
