An excerpt from my favorite customer complaint letter ever received:
"Again, the same pattern of hindrance and annoyance emerged. Such transparent exclusivity, this apparent irreverent affront resorts to "get it, I'm in control" mentality, with none of her liablities in issue...Thus, with all such previous circumstances in evidence; my situations invites query, how did said driver infiltrate to her position?"

Lol. Thankfully, I only have to deal with RFPs once every two or three years...stupid letters and emails, THOSE I am inundated with on a daily basis. Some are pretty highly entertaining though...like the guy who emailed me last November and said:

Ummmm...yeah. OKayyyy. :lmao:

Aaarrggh!
We've had 5 or 6 feet of snow this winter. Roads are snow packed. It RAINED last night and today it's 42 degrees. Sliding all over the place.

Hoping for snow this weekend, we've had like nothing at all this year. Not even cold.

Looks like something might happen on Saturday, but still not really much.
