Please remember that everyone was a "noob" at some point and, while those questions may seem annoying to you, for those of us who are truly new and want to learn, they are natural questions. And an internet forum on photography, particularly in a "Beginners" section, would seem a natural place to post those questions. I'm too thick skinned to let smart-assed replies bother me too much and such is the world of internet forums. The only way that I am going to learn is to go out and experiment, but I also like to supplement my "trying" with opinions and information from folks who have a lot more experience than I do.
Respectfully,

Clearly you do not understand what I was saying. Probably because my comment was aimed at the people that have been here for more than 48 posts. I meant no offense to noobs, but don't jump on my case when you have no understanding of what is being talked about. I think the others here get what I was saying. I did not mean the well intentioned honest questions. I meant there is a lot of questionable posts by people playing the innocent noob card but they seem like there is a hidden agenda.
If you felt that I "jumped on your case", I apologize. That was not my intent at all and I did not think my post read that way at all. However, if you interpreted it that way, I sincerely apologize. But the fact that you felt the need to include phrases such as "people who have more than 48 posts" and "you have no understanding of what is being talked about" is sort of case in point. I thought my post was respectful in tone and did not merit remarks about post count or defensive or insulting replies. Again, it was not my intention in any way to jump on your case, insult you, or anything of the sort. I recognize that you have 600 more posts than I do and that you are clearly an experienced photographer, whereas I am as "noob" as one can be and only have a paltry "under 50 post count". It was simply my intent to point out that many of us "noobs" are simply here to read, ask questions, and learn, not engage in intentionally annoying or trollish behavior. Again, if it came off otherwise, you have my absolute, sincere apologies. It was not in any way intended to be personal, insulting, or anything of the sort. I don't want to be the new guy who pees in the pool. Just trying to learn.
