I would also like to see the entire wheel, however I don't necessarily think I'd like it better, but just for comparison. I really like the crop actually - but wonder what another crop would look like.

Thanks for all your comments. The crop was done in camera, but out of all the images i took that night this is my favorite.

Maybe just my monitor, but I think his face is a little bright for my liking. Other than that, I think it's an excellent shot.
