1st senior portrait session

Funny derrel that's the only part of the photo I didn't touch. her teeth actually do look like that.

The teeth may be nice and bright in real life, but because of that they are a highlight, so when you boosted the contrast soo much, they are now close to 255 white which looks very unnatural.

This is the first image that came up when I clicked your link.

The grey on her face is muddy and not only is the selective coloring a very poor choice, but you didn't do a very good job of executing it. There are blue splotches all over her dress and random red in her lips... but only part of them.

If this was just practice, that's fine... everyone needs someone to practice on... but if these are seriously her senior photos... you need to man up (woman up?) and send her to someone capable of accomplishing the job.

@op - yeah lay off the over saturation. She is already brown. She does not need to be yellow. AND please lose the water marks. She paid for senior photos and will obviously know they are senior photos and will tell everybody they are her senior photos. So you do not need to print it on the photos. Also there is one of her in the blue dress taken from a side angle. Not a flattering pose for her! One last thing, in the photo with the selective coloration her lips still have hints of red in a very unnatural way.

Does it not White Balance failure...too much yellow and greenish tint on the skin....B&W is nice.

I am totally scared to add my pix here I'm afraid I'll get ripped, but I guess thats how you grow huh? While I agree that the saturation is a problem, still seems a like you guys busted out the flame-throwers from comment # 1.

Having said that, I too just did senior pix for a friend in a jam. I'm a total noob at photography so I wouldn't let her pay me. (her mom did give me a TY card with a 50 in it) So here goes.
