Hey all I took these shots last night when I was on a walk with my fiance let me know what you think.

none of them do anything for me. they're all out of focus. the colors are dull. and the flowers are almost right in the center.

None of the pictures seem to be in focus, probably caused by your shutterspeeds. Also with no. 2 the blue building is much too saturated. Also, seeing your shutterspeeds, maybe you want to up those to 1/200 or higher and up your iso to 200 or 400
