200 speed film?

[Ihaveaquestion]

I'm shooting outdoor (with flash) portraits this weekend and I thought 200 speed film was what I needed to use?


This person said -

I am no genius, but I have yet to hear anything good about 200 speed film. The 200 I have used myself to see is it was worth it, was not worth the plastic container it came in. ( Kodak )

If this isn't the film I should use what speed do I need?
